Two numbers decide every round; the graveyard shows neither

One button, GO, advances the chicken a tombstone; the other, Cash Out, banks the bet times the stone's printed multiplier. That is the entire decision in Chicken vs Zombies, and the game keeps it tight: lose a step and the round ends, the stake is gone, and the graveyard resets itself — same difficulty, same bet, fresh zombies on every stone, PLAY back on the button before the loss has registered. What the build withholds matters more for that decision. The published return, 95.50%, appears nowhere in the interface; it sits on the provider's catalogue. No top multiplier is printed either — only the five tombstones nearest the chicken are on screen, so Easy shows 1.01x through 1.15x while the rest of the ladder and its ceiling stay hidden. Level Progression is the difficulty stepper: 30 zombies on Easy, 18 on Hardcore, the costume changing from bare head to army helmet as the ladders steepen. Under the trick-or-treat dressing, a crash ladder is a bet on two numbers. This one prints neither.

How the game plays out

One DIFFICULTY stepper picks the ladder before PLAY: only five multipliers print beside the chicken, then GO resolves one tombstone at a time, Cash Out becomes bet times the current stone, and defeat resets the same ladder.

Easy
Thirty zombies mark the longest run. The printed ladder opens at 1.01x, 1.03x, 1.06x, 1.10x and 1.15x, so winning at the first tombstone sets Cash Out to bet times 1.01, and each later GO raises that amount while the stake remains at risk.
Medium
Twenty-five zombies shorten the path one notch from the 30-zombie level. The ladder opens at 1.08x, 1.21x, 1.37x, 1.56x and 1.78x, so winning at the first tombstone sets Cash Out higher than on the previous level, and the remaining steps still end the round if the chicken loses.
Hard
Twenty-two zombies compress the ladder again. After the 25-zombie level, the opening stones read 1.18x, 1.46x, 1.83x, 2.31x and 2.95x: each winning GO moves from a lower multiplier to a higher one, while one defeat empties Cash Out and restores this same ladder.
Hardcore
Eighteen zombies make the highest-risk run. The opening stones read 1.44x, 2.21x, 3.45x, 5.53x and 9.09x, so after the 22-zombie level each winning GO jumps further per step; one loss still ends the round and returns the chicken to the first stone.

How to play

Each GO press walks the chicken one tombstone further down the graveyard row and raises the bankable amount. The loop ends one of two ways: CASHOUT pays bet times the current multiplier, or a zombie win ends the round and the stake is lost.

  1. Pick a level and stake

The DIFFICULTY stepper cycles EASY, MEDIUM, HARD and HARDCORE, each loading its own ladder of rising multiplier tombstones; EASY lists 30 zombies, HARDCORE 18. Enter the stake in the BET field.

  2. Start the round

PLAY charges the stake and the main button switches to GO. Each GO press moves the chicken one tombstone to the right; when the chicken wins, CASHOUT updates to the bet times that tombstone's printed multiplier.

  3. Bank or push on

Press CASHOUT to end the round and bank the shown amount; a WIN banner confirms the payout. Keep pressing GO to continue. If a zombie wins instead, the round ends, the stake is lost and the game reloads a fresh idle round at the same difficulty and bet.

Playing smart: bankroll and volatility

Every round of Chicken vs Zombies runs on two decisions made while the board is idle and one repeated after each step: the level, the stake, then whether to bank or push on. Only the third can be revisited mid-round, and each choice carries a documented constraint that limits what later presses can change.

Choose the ladder while the stepper is free

The DIFFICULTY stepper cycles EASY, MEDIUM, HARD and HARDCORE until PLAY starts the round; after that the level cannot be changed. Each name loads its own zombie count and opening multipliers, so the pick sets how long the run can last and how steeply the first steps pay. No screen reveals where the run will stop.

Every GO press risks what Cash Out would pay

Once the round is live, each survived tombstone leaves two working options. Cash Out ends the round and banks the stake times the current multiplier; GO moves the chicken one stone further and raises the bankable amount. A zombie win at any later stone ends the round with the stake lost, nothing on screen shows which stone fails, and the interface provides no auto-cashout.

The stake scales every banked amount

The BET field accepts 0.12 to 200 USD and stays editable only while no round is live; PLAY charges the chosen amount immediately. Every Cash Out value and every lost stake moves in step with that figure, and the rules panel caps a single win at 20,000 USD. The stake sizes the money at risk, not the chance of any step.

What we think

Key advantagesFour difficulties print zombie counts and opening steps, so steepness is chosen before the stake, not felt during it.
Key advantagesTombstones print exact multipliers, so the bankable sum is known at each step; only the next zombie's fall is hidden.
Key advantagesProvably fair seeds are shown and every past bet verifies from history, which suits a game decided server-side.
Downsides to considerThere is no auto-cashout, so a chosen target multiplier cannot be locked in and every exit must be pressed manually.

Chicken vs Zombies swaps the Chicken Road lane for a moonlit graveyard: printed tombstones, one zombie per step. The build tells a player almost everything about the near climb and nothing about its ceiling, and it leaves the exit press to human timing. A 95.5% return keeps 4.5 cents of every dollar over time. It suits players who pick a ladder, set a step, and keep their nerve.
